Aaron Nester, Project Manager
At 17, Aaron launched his building career. He brings more than 20 years of experience working at Alderbrook Properties, learning about the construction trade and leadership skills. He is an effective, experienced, knowledgeable project manager who expertly handles multiple jobs at once.
He takes a direct approach, strategically mapping his processes, plans, and reasoning. Aaron establishes excellent rapport with clients, asking each homeowner for preferences. He also considers future needs while prioritizing the timeliness of the project.
Aaron has a unique capacity to identify the best way to site a home to optimize views and privacy. He is dedicated to ensuring that an Alderbrook Properties home is built with quality, exceeds industry standards, and is more energy-efficient.
Favorite Alderbrook activities: Hikes the trails with family and friends, cheers the Seahawks on and rides in the truck with his four-legged family member.
Fun fact: Aaron is a volunteer firefighter and a certified EMT.
Emily Reed, Community Sales Manager
With five years in the construction industry, Emily is interested in all aspects of the build process, including interior design, green building, and sustainability. She has a degree in CADD operation and Architectural Drafting, and this training makes it possible for her to help customers envision their future home. Emily enjoys guiding and supporting homeowners through the design process to find the right materials and create their dream home. Emily has helped a buyer make all the selections for their home virtually, and when they finally saw it in person, they were thrilled!
She also has ten plus years in sales and customer service and is dedicated to providing customers with the best experience possible. She enjoys helping people and stays in close touch with them throughout the build and move-in process.
With a wealth of knowledge about floor plans, the construction process, and the Alderbrook community, Emily is a fantastic resource for potential buyers!
Favorite Alderbrook activities: hike the Alderbrook trails weekly, spend time with family and friends at the Alderbrook Resort & Spa (the lounge and pool are the best!), and summer camping in the Olympic National Park and surrounding areas.
Fun fact: Emily was the owner of a children’s party entertainment company, “Real Princess Parties,” and was also a “professional princess” performer.
Amanda Montgomery, Production Manager
Amanda makes the wheels turn at Alderbrook Properties, and keeps everyone on their toes! She brings more than six years of experience in residential construction. Her degree in elementary education makes her an excellent resource for training and developing processes to support colleagues and clients. She excels in customer service and helps support customers through the construction process.
Her hat collection is legendary since she wears multiple ones for Alderbrook Properties! Amanda’s range of responsibilities includes management of operations related to employees, customers, and construction projects.
She has a can-do attitude that inspires those around her. She is extremely organized and is an excellent problem solver.
Favorite Alderbrook activities: hike the trails with friends, enjoy happy hour with friends at the Alderbrook Resort, enjoy lunch, coffee, and Trivia with her colleagues at the Union Square Deli.
Fun fact: Amanda makes paper art shadow lightboxes.
Floey, Barketing Director
Floey leads all barketing efforts for Alderbrook Properties. A bit territorial, she has no plans to share this role with anyone else, two- or four-legged. Known for her tenacity, Floey never drops the ball when given a project. She manages conflict well, enjoying a good round of tug of war if offered.
She is often seen around the Alderbrook Properties office and job sites as she is a firm believer in management by running around. Teamwork is a priority for Floey, and she encourages her colleagues with lots of tail wagging.
Favorite Alderbrook activities: barking at squirrels, hiking the trails, and rides in the truck with her person.
Fun fact: Floey loves to collect quotes, and her favorite one is: “Never let the tail wag the dog.” –Unknown
