If you are new to septic systems, they can feel intimidating. It is essential to take good care of your septic system from day one. Following septic guidelines, recommended maintenance, and pumping schedules will keep your system in great shape for years to come. It will help avoid major issues and costly repairs later.
“As-Built” Plans
You can access your septic “as-built” online by visiting the Mason County Land Records. Type in your address and click the search icon. All land records related to your parcel will come up. Find the SWG As-Built, and you will be able to view a drawing of your final septic layout. An As-Built is created after completion of the house to ensure it’s as accurate as possible. You will be able to see information specifically related to your home, including the type of system installed and the tank size.

Kwikset Tavaris – front entry door
The Kwikset Tavaris handleset information can be found here. The corresponding interior hardware is Kwikset Halifax Lever, Square Rosette, a park of the Kwikset Signature Series (see above)
Kwikset Halifax – all other exterior doors
A keyed Kwikset Halifax lever is used in combination with a Kwikset Halifax single cylinder deadbolt on all other exterior doors. More information can be found here.
