Alderbrook GolfOur Alderbrook Properties homes are built on and off the golf course throughout the Alderbrook Golf Club. A special Home Owners Association membership provides unlimited golf for owners. In addition to the clubhouse, restaurant and bar, the Club’s full service amenities include a pro shop, driving range, putting green, private lessons and cart rentals.
The challenging 18-hole, tree-lined course is open year round. Earning a reputation as one of the most scenic golf courses in Washington State with the Olympic Mountains creating a picturesque backdrop, it was voted #2 in Best of Western Washington in 2015 and Best Golf Course in 2016 by the West Sound Reader Survey.

Alderbrook AmenitiesAs members of the Alderbrook Golf Club, you have full access to the community amenities. In addition to golf, there are courts for tennis, bocce, and basketball. Wooded trails meander through the property and there is a community garden, picnic area and playground.
Relax in the peaceful surroundings or dive into a host of activities in the surrounding Hood Canal area.

Alderbrook CommunityOur welcoming community is surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Olympic Peninsula. Opportunities abound to gather at the Clubhouse with friends, attend exercise classes or one of the many community events. The Clubhouse features a crowd-pleasing Taco Tuesday and live music at least once or twice a week. Ping pong, bridge, poker or craft activities are available at The Annex just across the street from the Clubhouse.
